The Aircast XP Walker (Extra Pneumatic) is a pneumatic limb support system which can be easily adjusted to meet the needs of the patient. This walker has a lightweight, trimmable, semi-rigid shell and Duplex™ aircells that overlap to provide intermittent pneumatic compression in specific areas. These aircells not only assist in decreasing the edema but also facilitate the formation of callus for proper healing.
