When will I receive my order? (Canada)
Once you place an order, it will arrive within 5-12 days. Remote areas: Please allow an additional 2-3 business day for delivery.
When will I receive my order? (Outside of Canada)
Since the order has to go through customs, the shipping time will vary depending on the product and the time it takes for the order to clear customs. The expedited shipping option is available for Canadian orders only.
For orders being shipped outside of Canada, there can be additional taxes and other border charges, the payment of which is customer's responsibility.

How much will I pay for shipping? (Canada)
We have a $12.99 flat shipping rate for orders shipping within Canada. Due to the dimensions and weight of certain products, additional shipping charges might be added to them. Certain products have free shipping within Canada and have been marked as "Free Shipping" on the product page.
How much will I pay for shipping? (Outside of Canada)
The cost of shipping will depend on where you're located, and the size and quantity of your order. We will notify you of the shipping cost before your order ships.
Pet orders shipping within Canada:
Additional charges may apply depending on the weight of the item. You will be notified about the extra charges before the order is shipped.

5 business days to 3 weeks. These orders are shipped via Canada Post.

We offer refunds on unused products, in their original packaging, up to 14 days after the order is received. A 15% re-stocking charge will be applied to all returns. Product must be returned pre-paid to Wilson pharmacy or it will be refused.
All produts returned for a refund or a replacement should be unused and in its original packaging in a resalable condition else the refund will not be processed.
If you receive an item that’s experiencing a manufacturing defect, please set up a return within 30 days from the invoice date. Please note: Defects due to wear and tear of a product will not be covered.
Scooters and rollators
New or unused scooters and/or rollators can be returned within 30 days from the invoice date with no restocking fee, and you must cover the return shipping fees. If a return for a scooter/rollator is made later than 30 days from the invoice date, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
