Restore the back support on your Drive Medical AeroCarbon Ultra-Lite Rollator with this replacement backrest. It provides a place to lean when seated on the rollator during a rest break.

This part is designed for the AeroCarbon model 10278, including black model 10278BK and gray model 10278GY. Check your rollator’s model number before ordering; backrests for other rollator models may not fit.

The backrest adjustment knobs are included with the backrest.
