Caya Gel (contraceptive gel and a Spermicide Gel)
Caya Gel is a contraceptive gel. It reduces the pH of the vaginal fluid. Combining Caya Gel and the diaphragm reduces the odds of getting pregnant.
Features:
- Caya gel and other female contraception, like diaphragms, add an extra wall in front of the cervix. It lowers the PH of vaginal fluid.
- The thick gel texture improves the effectiveness of diaphragms and cervical caps by enhancing their seal.
- Caya gel has lactic acid. A natural ingradient. Fruits and vegetables contain it.
- Lactic acid lowers the pH of vaginal mucus. It makes sperm docile and unable to reproduce.
- The gel strengthens the diaphragm walls. It stops sperm from entering —a dual fortification to prevent pregnancy.
- This contraceptive gel iswater-based. It does not irritate and is compatible with latex or silicone-based contraceptives. The list includes condoms and diaphragms.
- Most spermicides contain nonoxynol-9. It can cause irritation and discomfort. But Caya Gel is different. It does not have nonoxynol-9.
- Caya gel is CE-Marked. This mark shows it meets EEA health and safety standards.
